02.
Will it work?
We reconcile use-cases, required performance criteria, design inputs, intended purpose etc. and draft a validation matrix against which to test and confirm that a new product or prototype is performing as expected and will do what the client expects.
03.
Will people buy it?
People buy products that solve a problem, that support a lifestyle choice or that make them feel good. We profile and talk to prospective customers to challenge and validate assumptions, garner insights and build a value proposition to underpin commercial activities. Customer insights are fed back into the design process to make sure the product is clearly differentiated and being developed towards a receptive market.
